Hello Deaton...

I don't know if you remember me but we met once, it was your birthday and album release party. I asked you about your involvement with the Amiga and the development of its modern day understanding and reputation as a hyper futuristic sampler from the past. We shook hands. My name's Aaron and I am sending you this as my resume, my own little website I get to build. Code is like digital brick laying.

Here is some of my work, as a producer and artist. I am more of a Logic Lord, but I do know my way around abelton and with a little time I know I could slice through its UI like its fruit ninja on an iPhone 3G.

I use mostly hardware synths and both digital and analog effects , mix and master on my cool little MacBook. I know my way around some knobs.

I studied Electrical Engineering for two years at UCSB. It was fun and interesting, but some unbeknown financial hardships forced me to reimagine my future and place in the ever turning and grinding of the machine we call "Mother Earth". I decided to drop out.

This is a digital synthesizer me and some friends made for a class using an Arduino mega and a digital synthesis library called MOZZI (https://sensorium.github.io/Mozzi/)

I spear headed the design of the entire thing. Cut the wood, soldered the pins, spun the wire all myself.

I want to work with you in your studio, but can we talk about my studio for a second?

BEHOLD THE WRENCH

This is my recording studio on wheels. I bought this truck last September and completely ripped out its entire interior, it was moldy and the roof had holes in it. I began on my journey of rebuilding once was, structure and integrity. Sound proofing and fixing the electrical system that once ran tools that a MATCO salesmen sold to people out the back of this 14000 pound behemoth. How did I finance such a feat you might ask? Facebook marketplace. Leftover wood from construction sites, and tools from sketchy second hand refurbished websites.

Dozens of trips to the DMV and it is registered and will probably drive where ever I need to go and not break down, because hey, a 2nd gen cummins is the engine that will be left after the apocalypse.

This project has taken a lot of time and money. (two things that don't come easy) My rolling studio is a never ending project that I hope one day I can turn into a Tv show of the likes of the classical gem Storage wars. I am currently working out of the wrench and also working on the wrench and will continue to make her better and my work louder. I would love to show you her.

here are some of my music videos I produced and edited for some music I put out a bit ago.

Doing, Making, Building. That's what I live for. This is my life purpose and I will die before I concede to the ever waring echos of temptation that anything normal might tempt me with.

I am BALLS TO THE WALL, I want to PUSH BOUNDARIES, and GET WEIRD IN THE STUDIO.

I AM SEEKING AN OPPORTUNITY TO INTERN AT STUDIO 57 TO ASSIST AND LEARN FROM A MASTER AT THEIR CRAFT.

PLEASE CONSIDER AARON AS A CONSIDERATION FOR THE POSITION! MUCH LOVE DEATON <3.
